This week, the Armstrong students along with students from Cariboo High School and Second Streeet Elementary planted flags at George Derby Centre.
This Remembrance Day, George Derby Centre invites you to join us in honoring the heroes among us and raising awareness for their extraordinary sacrifices.
For every $5 donation, a Canada flag will be placed by students from our neighboring schools on the George Derby property, each one symbolizing a tribute to a veteran.
All proceeds will directly support initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the veterans at George Derby Centre.
