Pink Shirt Day – February 28th

At Armstrong we are committed to promoting the message that we will stand up against bullying behaviour in all forms, but we are also promoting that the best way to stop bullying is to encourage everyone to be kind, to be a friend to those who need one, and to learn how to accept others even if they are different from you.

Being different is what makes our community and our world great. We all have different and wonderful talents, abilities, and ideas that we contribute to the Armstrong community.

So on Wednesday, February 28th, we encourage you to wear pink as a symbol that we are all one, and to stand up against not only bullying, or anti-homophobia, but discrimination of any sort to make our community and our world a better and safe place.
